The Therapy Space provides a safe, calming atmosphere for individuals to receive professional counselling, relationship counselling, divorce mentoring and family mediation.

We offer a comfortable and inviting environment for those in need of emotional support and mental health services. Our goal is to empower our clients to manage and navigate their emotional distress, and we are confident that each unique individual will be heard, supported and feel safe, whether face-to-face or online.

Systemic therapy is often described as an umbrella term covering family or couples therapy and can relate to and affect an entire system. Systemic therapy can give clients a safe place to explore their past and present environment.

Relationship counselling can help individuals look at and consider their behaviours and improve how they relate to those around them. Exploring their emotions can allow clients to break free from old behaviour patterns and support one another in change.

The Therapy space provides a supportive, person-centred, non-judgmental environment to help clients identify issues or problems in a relationship and themselves and find a way through those difficulties, helping clients to realise what resources and support are available to them, build self-confidence and explore options and opportunities.
